Overview
Hëmtdë-lîlêo Dêtîkè was founded durring the late 18th century in early summer of the year 1676, by G̈î Garteg̈nm. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Hëmtdë-lîlêo Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hëmtdë-lîlêo Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Hëmtdë-lîlêo Dêtîkè is buildings are arranged arround a single restrictive cobblestone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Hëmtdë-lîlêo Dêtîkè's size could have. The well-designed, yet cheep have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A look around Hëmtdë-lîlêo Dêtîkè is like a look into a broken heart. There is no planning, no organization. Everyone here clearly goes about their own thing with little thought to anyone around them who isn’t selling something they need. It’s not malicious. Heads are hung. Eyes are empty. Something truly horrible happened here once upon a time and the town never healed.

Points of Interest
Hëmtdë-lîlêo Dêtîkè has been cursed with some blight that makes life difficult, albeit not impossible. An offended sorcerer's vengeful Working, an outraged god's wrath, a local distortion of the Legacy, or a simple history of bad feng shui in the area may have brought the curse about. I(devise not only the curse, but the reason why the locals haven't left for better lands).
Hëmtdë-lîlêo Dêtîkè's roads were poorly made when first laid. Rather than repairing them correctly, a series of new roads was laid atop the old, leading to the streets of modern Hëmtdë-lîlêo Dêtîkè suffering from potholes, cracking, and even sinkholes. The locals often repair the road by putting down wooden decking.
